I have $25 to bet tonight.. what are your suggestions
Only one NBA game tonight: Spurs @ Thunder. With your bankroll trend, I’d keep this tight and avoid spreading $25 across too many thin props.
| Bet | Stake | Confidence | Why |
|---|---|---|---|
| Game Total Over 216.5 | $15 | Medium | Both offenses are elite: OKC 118.8 PPG last 5, Spurs 122.2 PPG last 5. Both teams also have positive eFG matchup gaps, with each offense shooting about 4 percentage points above what the opposing defense usually allows. |
| Shai Gilgeous-Alexander Over 28.5 Points | $7 | Medium-low | SGA’s season baseline is 31.1 PPG and the model baseline is around 30.3. He’s at home, projected starter, and OKC likely needs his scoring if this stays competitive. Risk: his last 5 scoring is down at 24.4 PPG. |
| Spurs moneyline small sprinkle | $3 | Low / value flyer | Thunder are priced around 69%, Spurs around 32%, but San Antonio has gone 4-1 vs OKC in the season series and has been excellent recently. This is not the safest bet, but it’s the better small upside piece than forcing OKC at a pricey number. |
$15 on Over 216.5 is my favorite play.
The total is the cleanest angle because it does not require picking the winner. OKC and San Antonio are both in strong offensive form, both have strong season-long efficiency profiles, and both recent scoring windows support a game that can clear the number if pace is even average.
If you want to be more conservative with the full $25:
I’d avoid putting most of the $25 on the Thunder moneyline at 69 cents. They may win, but the price already bakes in a lot.
