Give me the top 5 highest confidence player projections for todays games
Today’s NBA slate: Pistons @ Magic, Cavaliers @ Raptors, Lakers @ Rockets.
| Rank | Player | Matchup | Projection | Best Prop Angle | Confidence | Why I Like It |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | LeBron James | Lakers @ Rockets | 8.1 assists | Over 7.5 assists | High | Averaging 8.8 AST last 10 and 8.4 AST last 5. His recent playoff minutes are up, and Luka being day-to-day increases LeBron’s creation burden. |
| 2 | Alperen Sengun | Lakers @ Rockets | 6.0 assists | Over 5.5 assists | High | Season baseline is 6.2 APG, last 10 is 5.7, and he’s playing huge minutes recently. Lakers’ center matchup forces Houston offense through him. |
| 3 | RJ Barrett | Cavaliers @ Raptors | 5.8 rebounds | Over 5.5 rebounds | Medium-High | RJ is at 6.1 RPG last 10 and 7.2 RPG last 5, with steady minutes: 34.4 last 10, 36.9 last 5. |
| 4 | Ausar Thompson | Pistons @ Magic | 6.6 rebounds | Over 6.5 rebounds | Medium-High | Recent rebounding spike is real: 6.9 RPG last 10, 9.4 RPG last 5. He’s starting and has been over 6.5 in 4 of his last 5 vs Orlando. |
| 5 | Cade Cunningham | Pistons @ Magic | 25.4 points | Under 28.5 points | Medium | Projection is below the line, and the market is heavily shaded under. He’s been explosive in this series, but 28.5 is still a high bar against Orlando’s guard defense. |
LeBron James over 7.5 assists is my favorite of the group.
He has the cleanest combination of:
Ausar Thompson over 6.5 rebounds has more volatility, but his recent role and rebounding trend are strong enough to keep it in the top five. For your bankroll, I’d keep that one smaller than LeBron or Sengun.
